Our Inserting area offers automatic secured enveloping with intelligent inserts. As per PCI standards, all Credit cards must be embossed with Customer name, Card number, valid date etc which are dynamic data embossed on the plastic card. The characters are raised from the surface of the plastic card for easier reading. High-quality embossing and indent printing is done with tightly aligned character-to-character spacing and consistent text height and location. Topping is applying the colored topping material (as per the card requirement) to embossed characters to make them attractive and easier to read. Indenting is the process of etching data on the card for durability and tamper resistance. Printing with customized graphics including text, logo, Bar-code, signature and fingerprints on PVC cards using thermal transfer technology.

The near-edge printing using dye diffusion thermal transfer technology for Printing full-color, high-resolution photos, logos or images directly on the card. Customer details pertaining to the cards (Debit/Credit) is encoded in the Magnetic Stripe which is on the reverse of the plastic card. The magnetic stripe can be encoded with 1-3 tracks of data as required by the client.

Across the globe, the current market trends adopted by most institutions issuing cards are Smart card technology since they have better security features than a normal magnetic stripe card. Our Card Centre bureau is EMV ready by both Visa and MasterCard for smart card encoding to provide the client with flexible & high quality smart card personalization where the customer data is encoded in the chip which can store, process, communicate and encrypt large amounts of data, including biometric data and monetary values. Furthermore, our bureau is housed with sophisticated machines which have 11 couplers for high volume chip card personalization to optimize speed, accuracy & efficiency.

Our machines print variable data on Card carriers and affix single or multiple cards automatically with additional inserts, online enveloping, sealing & dispatching.

Our machines are advanced that can read magnetic stripes, bar codes or smart card chips on pre-personalized cards and matches each card with a data record. When accuracy is verified, the system prints a personalized carrier, affixes cards (4 cards can be affixed at one go) and prepares the carrier for inline envelope insertion.

Our bureau can manage small to large inventories and dispatch your cards directly to your customer's or bulk shipment as per the requirements with details and accurate reporting.

A personal identification number (PIN) is a secret numeric password shared between a user and a system that can be used to authenticate the user to the system. Our Centre is capable of providing the service of PIN Mailer printing for financial institutions.
